This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operational leader to take ownership of a large, multi-site function and play a key role in driving performance, transformation, and customer outcomes. Hybrid (2 days in office – South West UK) £55,000 – £65,000 + car allowance + bonus + excellent benefits You’ll lead a sizeable operation across internal teams and UK-based partners, ensuring collections activity is efficient, compliant, and customer-focused. This is a highly visible role with real influence across operations, strategy, and transformation.
