What you’ll do As a Commis Waiter or Waitress, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth service and maintaining our high standards. Your responsibilities will include: · Polishing and preparing cutlery, plates, and glasses. · Refilling restaurant stations with clean, polished serviceware. · Supporting the floor team with set-up and service duties. · Maintaining cleanliness across service areas, including pot wash and linen bins. · Sweeping and keeping the floor and terrace immaculate before and during service. · Assisting with end-of-service duties, ensuring everything is cleaned, organised, and ready for the next shift.
