Monitor food inventory levels, order ingredients, and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards, and ensure that all staff follow proper hygiene practices. Collaborate with the Executive Chef in managing kitchen costs, including monitoring ingredient costs, minimizing waste, and optimizing kitchen operations to achieve financial targets.
