Main Duties • Undertake all duties and responsibilities in accordance with: company policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines, standards; good professional practice,, CQC and other regulatory requirements, relevant legislations, all legal and contractual obligations., • Provide advice, information and support to the residents., • To support and provide care for the young people/children in the home by assisting them with; bathing, eating, homework, education, behaviour, money management, travel training etc., • Ensure resident’s follow the homes rules and support the manager in investigating and taking action where these may have been breached., • Manage challenging behaviour which may require physical intervention to appropriately support the child/ young person., • Oversee the maintenance of accurate client records and databases and provide statistics for management and to assist with service evaluation in a timely fashion., • Support clients with the prompting of their medication, conduct accurate and timely medication audits and maintain accurate medication records., • Complete written documentation (support plans, Medication sheets, risk assessments) regarding the young people/ children to help and ensure their safety and development within our setting., • Take part in regular team meetings to discuss the residents, the progress that they are making, how their general well-being is as well as forming action plans to support them further., • Attend professionals meetings (where appropriate)., • Assist in the transfer of individuals between agencies and services.     HELLO CANDIDATES, Are you a tutor, a teacher, a teaching assistant, an educator, or youth worker? Are you looking to earn extra income during holidays without committing to a permanent role? If so, we have an opportunity for you! We are a company organizing after-school clubs and camps. We are expanding our camps offerings in the N16 and N1 areas. Our camps are scheduled during the following periods: • February Half Term (one week), • Easter/Spring Holidays (two weeks), • May Half Term (one week), • Summer (six weeks), • October Half Term (one week), • Christmas/Winter Holidays (2/3 days to one week, depending on school closure) The manger's day starts at 8am to welcome early drop offs (if there are any) until 5.45pm if late pick ups are booked. You can choose to work as many or as few of these camps as you like, for example, one week at Easter and two weeks over the summer holidays. Your Role: • Manage camp arrivals and ensure all pupils are accounted for. You will receive a register with all the relevant information, • Check lunch boxes to ensure they are nut-free and make emergency sandwiches if needed (we sometimes get peanut butter sandwiches or pesto pasta or our pupils sometimes drop their lunches, so we keep emergency groceries.), • Oversee classroom welfare and the smooth operation., • Supervise playtime to ensure safe play., • Coordinate assistants and ensure they follow protocols, including fire drills., • Optional (and paid better), run science classes with provided training., • Manage pick-ups to ensure each child leaves with the correct guardian., • Oversee early drop-offs and late pick-ups for working parents., • Help set up the camp, usually on the Friday or Saturday before start Our Role: • Provide extensive training.
