Use your logical thinking, discipline, and problem-solving persistence to help build and refine systems in an industry slowed by unnecessary complexity, over-documentation, and outdated practices. Work within a culture that provides clear direction while remaining flexible for improvement — in a fast-growing company focused on clarity, purpose, and long-term value. This role is strategically important and supports both hands-on developers and those aiming to progress into senior technical leadership roles as our SaaS platform matures. About the Company EmmersonWills is a growing consultancy specialising in designing, installing, and supporting management systems across the UK. We simplify ISO standards such as 9001 (Quality), 14001 (Environmental), and 45001 (Health & Safety). Known as The ISO Simplification Experts, we build practical systems that work in real organisations. This approach now drives the development of our own cloud-based operating management system, built around our IP and methodology. About the Position We are recruiting a Full-stack Software Developer to design, build, and maintain our internal cloud-based operating system. Your priority will be to translate EmmersonWills’ methodology and logic into a clear, scalable digital platform — not to over-engineer or create generic software. Once fully embedded internally, this system will form the basis of a subscription platform used by clients alongside our consultancy services. You will work closely with the MD and consulting team to capture requirements and implement them in a disciplined, maintainable way.
