They intend on starting this refurbishment project around the end of May and it is due to last 8 months for the first phase and then onto the second and final stages to finish. They are looking for the right person to join their team, could this be you. Your new role For this job, you will be required to do all the internal skim finishing work, bonding coats and rendering. You must be able to work independently with set tasks. It is also vital that you can also work in a team with set gangs and communicate well. The role will cover large retail sites across the South West of England. Sites to cover include that of: - Avonmouth, Bath, Cardiff, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Hereford, Taunton, Trowbridge. Job Description - To maintain and repair a range of electrical, mechanical plant and equipment within retail outlets for a key national customer in a cost effective and efficient way. Comply with company health and safety policies and procedures. Undertaking regular planned store visits, completing PPM tasks, Emergency Light Testing, PAT Testing, Sprinkler Checks and minor repairs as requested by the customer. Work will include multi-skill elements including basic plumbing, joinery and building repairs as well as core electrical tasks.
