Job Description Senior Account Executive – E-Commerce (AI Experimentation Platform) Base $130–$150k | OTE $220–$250k | Hybrid – Malibu, CA | No Travel We’re hiring a senior, full-cycle Account Executive to own complex, consultative sales with mid-market and enterprise e-commerce brands. This is not a high-volume SaaS role. It’s designed for sellers who value precision over activity and are comfortable selling outcome-driven, six-figure engagements to senior decision-makers. Fastest-Growing Company background, • Small, senior team with strong product-market fit What You’ll Do • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through contract execution, • Lead discovery with Heads of E-Commerce, Growth, Digital, and GMs, • Sell a sophisticated experimentation platform and commercial model clearly and confidently, • Guide prospects through evaluation, pricing, and close, • Maintain clean forecasting and pipeline discipline in HubSpot, • Coordinate seamless handoffs to Product and Experiment Operations Who This Role Is For • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (e-commerce, martech, or digital platforms preferred), • Proven success closing six-figure ACV deals, • Comfortable selling to senior business and marketing leaders, • Strong judgment, qualification skills, and consultative presence, • You prefer fewer, higher-quality deals over high-volume outbound Comp & Benefits • Base: $130–$150k, • OTE: $220–$250k, • 401(k) + matching, • Health insurance, • PTO, • Professional development support, • Relocation assistance, • Hybrid in Malibu, CA, • No travel — all sales over Zoom / Google Meet Why Candidates Join • Direct access to the founder and senior engineering leadership, • Clear expectations and disciplined growth strategy, • High-quality customer base with strong retention Company DescriptionI have been in the recruiting business since 1989. Good presentation and interpersonal skills, along with expertise in advanced behavioral, competency-based interviewing techniques. Well versed in both state and federal employment law. Possess a strong sense of urgency and a passion for employment services.
