Special Equipment : Must have at least 2 years ICU experience. ICU + PACU is preferable, but if have to choose, I will choose ICU over PACU experience.Agency team members will not be required to recover true pediatric patients, but may be asked to assist a permanent team member who is the primary nurse. #Tier2 Travel Compliance UMMS Policies: Local Rule : Unless job specifically says locals accepted , locals under 50 miles are not accepted (perm address 50+ miles from the hospital address). RTO: Max 7 days can be requested. If more than 4 consecutive days, an additional week must be added on to the back end on new contracts. Holiday RTO : Most locations and units will allow for one major holiday off during the winter season, refer to the individual job posting for specifics. Auto Offer Units: The candidate must accept without an interview. Scheduling Requests : Schedule restrictions cannot be requested or guaranteed. Float : Candidates must be comfortable floating within scope with no restrictions or special requests - travelers are first to float. Return Traveler Policy : Note if return traveler, typically candidate must be away for at least 6 months from the system after completion of assignment. Return Staff Policy : Note if the traveler was formerly staff within health system. All former staff must be gone for 12 months before they can return as a traveler.
