Position Summary The Clinical Director for Eating Disorder Services oversees, coordinates, and manages all aspects of the Eating Disorder program in alignment with agency goals and objectives. This position ensures continuity and clinical integrity of specialized eating disorder services while upholding ethical, legal, and moral standards in a safe and therapeutic environment. The Clinical Director ensures that all services adhere to evidence-based practices and comply with relevant regulatory and accreditation requirements. Qualifications: • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or a related field, • Licensed in IL as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT or higher, • Experience in providing clinical supervision in behavioral health treatment; experience in eating disorder treatment strongly preferred, • Clinical experience with co-occurring disorders, trauma-informed care, and complex behavioral health presentation, • Ability to implement evidence-based clinical programming for eating disorders, • Experience with public speaking, presentations at state and national conferences., • Demonstrates the importance of networking, business development and professional relationship building., • Proven proficiency in clinical skills, evidenced by experience in delivering high quality client care, • Advanced written skills to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames prescribed, • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills, • Proficient in using common computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, • Belief in the mission and vision of Rosecrance Responsibilities: 1. Work scheduled hours and any additional hours deemed necessary by leadership. On-call and some variation in scheduled hours may be required to meet company needs., 2. Oversee and manage eating disorder clinicians by conducting orientation and training, facilitating regular supervisory meetings, and providing ongoing feedback, performing scheduled evaluations and implementing corrective actions as necessary., 3. Provide leadership in development of annual goals for all assigned staff., 4. Serve as a liaison between Rosecrance and key stakeholders and maintain productive relationships., 5. Maintain, refine, and expand the IOP and PHP clinical curriculum to ensure evidence-based, developmentally appropriate and program-aligned content., 6. Monitor and manage group program censure to ensure appropriate client-to-staff ratios and optimal utilization of program resources., 7. Ensure all state regulations and Rosecrance Policy Procedures are maintained., 8. Complete all necessary monthly and quarterly reports by appropriate timelines., 9. Monitor and maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory and accreditation standards, 10. Present workshops, lectures and training to clients, families, and staff and community groups., 11. Facilitate team meetings and case reviews., 12. Manage all related contracts, and complete monthly reports as required., 13. Maintain a reporting procedure to leadership regarding assigned program services, personnel, and related services and assigned project and/or other duties., 14. Develop and maintain professional and supportive relationships with all staff., 15. Lead creative and innovative solutions to improve performance and enhance clinical competencies., 16. Deliver on-time expectations and constructive feedback to direct-staff and others in a supportive and vision-enhancing manner; deliver performance feedback on a timely basis., 17. Align and integrate the efforts of all program areas to ensure a unified approach that advances the organization’s vision and mission., 18. Ensure implementation and compliance with regulatory standards for all service standards., 19. Maintain professional licensure and certification, as applicable., 20. Prepares or facilitates grant proposals, requests for funding, contracts, and similar forms of participation with business partners and funding sources., 21. Support and promote the vision through participation in community or profession programs and events aligned with or useful to the promotion of the vision, mission, beliefs, and values while always promoting a positive image., 22. Network with colleagues in the area on a cooperative and collaborative basis to advance the vision and mission., 23. Serve as a member of the Administrative Team and participate in all team meetings and activities., 24. Exhibits actions and makes decisions that align with the Rosecrance Code of Conduct and within the framework of the law., 25. Serve as a member of the team, and participate in all team meetings, duties and activities as assigned., 26. Serve as a role model to others and demonstrate excellent company stewardship., 27. Understand and adheres to all policies and procedures governed by federal and state guidelines regarding confidentiality and abuse reporting; embraces the Code of Conduct/Ethics policies., 28.
