Responsibilities • Assist and support marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives across digital, print, and in-field channels, • Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, deliverables, and approvals across teams, • Maintain organized records of assets, invoices, vendors, and campaign files, • Coordinate with third-party vendors including signage companies, printers, digital advertising consultants, creative firms, and event vendors, • Track invoices and expenses related to marketing activities, • Update and maintain website content at division, project, and location levels, • Support SEO initiatives including keyword updates, metadata, and content optimization, • Assist with CRM-based marketing efforts including email campaigns, lead tracking, and content distribution, • Create and edit basic marketing materials for social media, presentations, email campaigns, and internal communications, • Coordinate asset creation with internal teams, • Ensure brand standards are followed across all materials, • Assist with marketing events from concept to completion, • Coordinate logistics, budgets, vendors, signage, and timelines, • Support on-site execution when required, • Collaborate with internal departments to support marketing needs, • Assist with onboarding and training new team members on marketing processes and tools, • Serve as a reliable support role for marketing leadership and creative team members Required • 2+ years in a marketing coordinator, marketing operations, or marketing admin role, • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, • Experience working with vendors and managing multiple timelines, • Familiarity with websites, basic SEO concepts, and CRM platforms, • Comfortable handling invoices, budgets, and administrative tasks Preferred • Experience in real estate, construction, homebuilding, or related industries, • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, • Experience supporting events and field marketing initiatives, • Ability to read between the lines and solve problems without constant direction What We Offer: • Generous Benefits: Enjoy Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Paid Bereavement Leave, and exciting Quarterly Incentives to reward your hard work.
