We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinarian Associate to join our full-service hospital network. This role is ideal for a doctor who values high-quality medicine, strong clinical standards, and a collaborative, well-resourced environment. What You’ll Do • Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnose conditions, and deliver preventive care plans tailored to each patient, • Develop problem-based diagnostic and treatment strategies with accuracy and clarity, • Maintain thorough medical records, including diagnostics, treatments, and client communication, • Perform routine and advanced surgeries (soft tissue, abdominal, mass removals), • Conduct full-spectrum dental procedures including radiographs, extractions, and oral surgery, • Oversee treatment plans for hospitalized patients to ensure continuity of care, • Participate in hospital rounds, • Mentor paraprofessional and veterinary staff, • DVM (or equivalent) from an AVMA-accredited program, • Active veterinary license (or ability to obtain), • DEA and controlled substance registration (or ability to obtain), • USDA Category I Accreditation (or ability to complete within 60 days), • Proficiency in anesthesia, dentistry, and routine veterinary surgery, • Market leading compensation, • Full benefits, paid time off, 401(k), development opportunities, and ongoing support from a national veterinary network., • 4 day work weeks
