Our client is seeking an experienced Events Design Producer to lead the design production of high-profile events and experiences across the company. This is a high-impact role embedded within a fast-moving, cross-functional organization. You will oversee multiple event design workstreams, providing operational structure and hands-on production leadership from early concept development through fabrication, installation, and live execution.\n \n \nYou’ll partner closely with creative, events, production, brand, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure every physical and visual touchpoint is cohesive, on brand, and delivered to an exceptionally high standard. You will coordinate internal teams, agencies, fabricators, and vendors while balancing resources and priorities across concurrent projects.\n \n What You’ll Do \n\n • Lead design production across company events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale global experiences\n, • Oversee the design development and execution of event environments, stages, signage, wayfinding, scenic elements, activations, and branded guest experiences\n, • Establish clear roles, workflows, workback schedules, budgets, and quality standards across event design workstreams\n, • Assess incoming event design needs and coordinate creative resources, agencies, fabricators, and vendors based on scope, timing, and complexity\n, • Provide hands-on production leadership to keep complex or high-priority event design projects moving from concept through onsite delivery\n, • Partner closely with event leads and creative teams to translate event goals, audience journeys, and program narratives into clear design briefs and deliverables\n, • Guide designers and external partners in developing cohesive spatial, environmental, scenic, digital, and print design systems that align with brand standards\n, • Synthesize and prioritize input from multiple stakeholders, turning feedback into clear, actionable direction for designers, agencies, fabricators, and vendors\n, • Maintain visibility across design milestones, budgets, approvals, dependencies, fabrication schedules, installation plans, risks, and onsite production documentation\n, • Ensure tight alignment across event identity, environment, stage, signage, digital surfaces, printed materials, and the end-to-end audience experience\n, • Lead design reviews, technical handoffs, site walks, production check-ins, and onsite quality control through installation and live execution\n, • Drive design-production decisions in a fast-paced environment with shifting directives, compressed timelines, and competing priorities\n, • Identify opportunities to improve event design production processes, briefs, templates, vendor workflows, and ways of working\n, • Maintain calm, clarity, and executional rigor during high-pressure moments leading up to and during event installation and live execution\n, • Partner with creative and events leads to continually reprioritize projects and creative resourcing as urgent needs arise\n, • Develop integrated workback schedules for multiple cross-functional teams across several concurrent global events; communicate deadlines proactively and consistently, and anticipate and address blockers as they arise \nQualifications \n\n • 8+ years of experience producing event design, experiential design, environmental design, or branded experiences, ideally within technology or a fast-moving global organization\n, • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of designers, creative producers, agencies, fabricators, technical partners, and vendors\n, • Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple complex event design and production workstreams simultaneously\n, • Strong creative-production leadership skills, with the ability to provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and support to teams working under tight timelines\n, • Experience managing creative workstreams from early concept and design development through fabrication, installation, live execution, and strike\n, • Strong visual judgment and experiential storytelling instincts, with exceptional attention to detail across spatial design, brand expression, materials, and guest experience\n, • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, synthesize diverse opinions, and establish clear priorities and decision paths\n, • Confidence working directly with senior leaders and guiding stakeholders through rapid creative review and approval cycles\n, • Strong budget, resource-planning, vendor-management, and project-management skills, including the ability to anticipate risks and resolve competing demands\n, • Composure, decisiveness, and reliability under tight deadlines, onsite installation demands, and live-event pressure \nCompensation: $150 - $200 per hour\n \n
