Career Team is looking to hire a Case Manager to serve as part of the Pathways for Access to Careers and Employment Workforce Development Program (PACE) Team. The approach of the PACE Program emphasizes that there is no one-size-fits-all solution for clients needing education and or training support. Career Team is excited to work with an enthusiastic Case Manager who will assist PACE clients to provide professional, intensive case management to help guide clients in career development and training/educational pathways that lead to gainful employment and self-sufficiency.
