What you’ve done: * 3+ years of experience managing complex projects or accounts within events, partnerships, hospitality, wellness, retail, or a related field * Led end-to-end execution of events, activations, or experiential programs, balancing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and moving parts * Served as a primary point of contact for partners, clients, or collaborators—ensuring clear communication, follow-through, and strong working relationships * Supported cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, operations, talent) to bring concepts from planning through execution * Experience creating thoughtful, high-touch guest or customer experiences that reflect a strong brand point of view Additional Information Location This role is based in NYC and requires quarterly travel domestically and globally. Compensation & Benefits The approximate salary range for this full-time salaried position is $75,000 - $95,000 plus benefits.
