Job DescriptionTalent Acquisition Specialist We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full‑cycle recruiting for a high‑volume healthcare organization. This role plays a critical part in attracting, coordinating, and onboarding top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers and the Recruiting Manager. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, onsite corporate environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions across multiple departments and locations, • Post job openings and track candidate progress using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), • Screen resumes, conduct pre‑screens, and coordinate next steps with hiring managers, • Schedule, coordinate, and manage interviews for leaders across multiple sites, • Maintain ownership of 40–150 open requisitions at any given time, • Track and facilitate testing, professional reference checks, and candidate follow‑ups, • Prepare and issue new hire offer letters, internal promotions, and transfer offers, • Coordinate and monitor pre‑employment requirements including pre-employment checks, drug screens, and physicals, • Maintain accurate recruiting reports, candidate tracking, and new hire documentation, • Support New Hire Orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate experience, • Coordinate recruiting meetings, job fairs, open houses, and recruitment events, • Partner with marketing on recruiting campaigns and event collateral, • Provide HR administrative support and internal customer service to employees, • Assist with special recruiting initiatives, campaigns, and HR projects as assignedTop Skills — Must Haves, • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), • Full‑Cycle Recruiting, • Interview Scheduling & Calendar Management, • Onboarding Coordination, • Strong organization, follow‑up, and time‑management skillsPreferred Experience, • Nurse recruitment experience, • Healthcare or managed care recruiting experienceNice‑To‑Have Skills, • Contract recruiting experience, • High‑volume recruiting environments, • Recruiting metrics and reporting, • Strong written and verbal communication skillsWork Environment, • Onsite corporate office, • Location: West Hills, CA, • Fast‑paced, deadline‑driven recruiting team, • Ability to manage competing priorities and high requisition volume with accuracy, • A proactive, solution‑oriented recruiting mindset, • Strong attention to detail and follow‑through, • Professional, polished communication skills, • A customer‑service approach when working with candidates and internal stakeholders Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
