Job DescriptionSalary: Role Overview At Big League Movers, we are structured for scale, specializing in different service lines and backed by a cross-functional operations model. Our Service Team leads the front lines of customer experience across residential, commercial, and specialty moving. As the Specialty Moving Supervisor, you lead from the office, not the truck, and manage our Triple AAA team, which handles: • Multi-truck jobs, • Multi-man crews, • Commercial projects, • Pack-out and packing service lines You are responsible for developing top-tier movers, maintaining system standards, improving service flow, and responding to issues with urgency and structure. You collaborate daily with the Residential Supervisor and Logistics Supervisor to ensure every shift is properly staffed, coached, and held accountable. Where You Fit in the Structure You are a core leader in our operations department and work closely with: • Call Center Team: remote dispatch, overflow, and claims, • Admin Team: HR, staffing, payroll, and accounting, • Launch Morning alignment and deployment, • Major League Standard Service & execution expectations, • Game Tape Review Accountability and Coaching, • Farm League System Mover development and promotion Roster Responsibilities You are responsible for the performance, development, and daily flow of the Triple AAA team, which includes 1525 of our most advanced movers across multi-truck, commercial, and pack-out jobs. You collaborate closely with: • Residential Supervisor Single-A / Double-A crews Daily Rhythm & Strategic Projects Daily Responsibilities • Lead Launch for your team: readiness, assignments, expectation-setting, • Monitor live jobs and intervene early when performance or morale slips, • Conduct Game Tape Reviews: review closeouts, flag missed plays, and assign coaching, • Log mover performance, team progress, and spot check results, • Deliver daily updates to the Operations Manager, • Cover for other Supervisors as needed during time off Strategic Projects & Coaching • Lead 12 service improvement projects per week (e.g., wrap-up flow, job prep, system upgrades), • Maintain 510 team members on active coaching plans, • Deliver 2 strategic spot checks weekly: review execution, customer care, standards adherence, • Elevate team quality: one actionable improvement per team member per week, • Oversee standards for truck prep, including pad loadout, tool bags, and packing readiness Safety Responsibilities • Conduct 2 weekly safety spot audits (e.g., lifting form, equipment handling, stairs safety), • Ensure all trucks are prepped with required safety gear (straps, gloves, fire extinguisher, etc.), • Immediately flag any safety issues seen during job review or Launch and log for correction, • Reinforce injury prevention tactics during Launch and spot coaching moments, • Escalate repeat or serious safety violations to the Operations Manager Youre Ultimately Accountable For • The professionalism, performance, and safety of the Triple AAA roster, • Clear and consistent use of all systems: Launch, Major League Standard, Game Tape, Farm League, • Strategic coaching and skill growth across the advanced mover team, • Collaborating across departments to maintain elite service execution, • Training and developing internal Coaches, • Ensuring truck prep and standards are consistently upheld, • Acting as peer coverage and team backup across shifts This Role Is For You If You: • Lead with structure and follow-through, • Prioritize development, not just damage control, • Thrive in coaching conversations and accountability systems, • Protect crew morale without compromising standards, • Know how to manage up and down the org chart, • See service problems as system problems, not people problems This Role Is Not For You If: • You want to ride trucks, not lead from the office, • You dont address problems until they blow up, • You avoid coaching conversations, • You dislike cross-department collaboration, • You tolerate sloppy loadouts, uniforms, or paperwork 90-Day Scorecard • The Triple AAA team is operating independently and consistently hitting standards, • Launch is clean and structured, • Missed plays are addressed with same-day feedback and logged resolutions, • 5+ team members are on active, tracked coaching plans, • At least one Farm League promotion has been completed successfully, • Two process improvement projects show measurable impact, • Trucks in your lane pass prep and equipment readiness audits, • You are trusted by peers and cover shifts or jobs without being asked
