What Youll Be Doing As a member of our Telecom Field Services Team, youll be responsible for installing and maintaining network infrastructure across wireless tower sites, business rooftops, and commercial premises. Youll work with structured cabling, network hardware, and radio systems that connect our clients to fast, reliable internet. Key Responsibilities: • Climb towers and rooftops to install antennas, radios, and cabling, • Build, test, and maintain wireless and fiber broadband infrastructure, • Install conduit, cable trays, low-voltage cabling, and network devices, • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on telecom equipment, • Use mechanical tools, lifts, and safety equipment on job sites, • Complete service tickets with detailed documentation and photos, • Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and non-technical way, • Work independently or in small teams across the Las Vegas metro area, • Maintain a clean, safe, and productive worksite environment, • Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments, • Familiar with basic networking (IP addressing, wireless, switches, routers), • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and lift equipment, • Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders/towers, and work in varying weather, • Positive attitude, curiosity, and desire to grow technical expertise, • Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and pride in craftsmanship, • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, OSHA 10/30, Climber/Rescue, Electrical, Wireless, or Fiber, • Experience in telecom, ISP infrastructure, satellite installation, fiber splicing, or structured cabling, • Work for a locally respected tech company with 30 years of impact, • Be part of a tight-knit, innovative team that values safety, excellence, and fun, • Access career advancement and ongoing technical training, • Contribute to meaningful community connectivity projects, • Must pass a background check and random drug, alcohol, and cannabis tests, • Valid drivers license with clean driving record If youre looking for a careernot just a jobwhere you can climb higher, learn more, and make an impact every day, then Stimulus Technologies wants you on our team.
