Shifts Available: Monday–Friday: 6am–2pm + Saturday OT Monday–Friday: 2pm–10pm + Saturday OT About the Role: As a Maintenance Technician, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems in a fast-paced corrugated packaging environment. Your work helps maximize equipment uptime and ensures safety and reliability. Responsibilities: • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on corrugators, conveyors, die cutters, and related equipment, • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, • Respond rapidly to equipment breakdowns; minimize production downtime, • Inspect machinery, identify problems, and recommend corrective actions, • Repair or replace pumps, valves, sensors, bearings, and belts, • Weld, fabricate, and perform basic machining on mechanical components, • Assist with rigging, setups, changeovers, and equipment installations, • Maintain accurate maintenance records, • Follow all OSHA and company safety policies, • Support continuous improvement, reliability, and team projects, • Occasional overtime and weekend work required Requirements: • 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, • Welding and basic fabrication experience (MIG, TIG, stick), • Basic PLC troubleshooting experience, • Experience with corrugated or packaging equipment a plus (corrugators, die cutters, flexo folder gluers), • Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices, • Basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills, • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, measurement equipment, hoists, and forklifts, • High school diploma or GED required (technical school preferred), • Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings, • Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork, • Proficient English skills required for training and safety communication, • Computer literacy for maintenance tracking (CMMS experience a plus) Why You'll Love Working Here: • Direct hire — stable, permanent position, • Open-door, supportive management, • Extensive training and ongoing development, • Culture of recognition and promotion from within, • Career advancement and skill growth opportunities Ready to Apply?
