Summary Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and/or Clinical Coordinator, the Patient Care Technician I (PCT-I) is responsible for providing safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients receiving hemodialysis treatment. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will support the delivery of high-quality dialysis care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout treatment. Education & Experience · High school diploma or GED required. · Completion of a formal dialysis training program preferred. · CMS-recognized Dialysis Technician certification required within 18 months of hire. · Current CPR certification required. · Minimum six (6) months of experience in a healthcare environment; dialysis experience preferred. · Must meet all state and federal requirements for dialysis technician certification. · Knowledge of healthcare operations, infection control, and dialysis terminology preferred.
