Responsibilities of Position: • Sorting incoming mail, including opening general Dent mail and insurance mail to ensure proper allocation., • Stamping Non-Dent mail and returning to postal carrier weekly., • Accepting and logging deliveries from FedEx and UPS. Emailing proper clinics/departments about deliveries. Directing driver to deliver certain packages elsewhere per exception guidelines., • Delivering to and retrieving mail from administration once daily., • Operating mail meter machine. Maintaining working knowledge of postage prices for different sorts of mail., • Ordering applicable supplies as needed., • Unlocking, emptying, and filling courier bags from other Dent locations., • Attaching documents from the medical records fax inbox /Direct Messaging bucket to patient charts for at least one hour daily., • Performs other duties as assigned or requested Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
