Your Role The Managing Director of Professional Services Americas is responsible for establishing and executing the vision, strategy, and delivery model for professional services across the Americas region. This role ensures alignment with global operational strategy while driving client satisfaction, operational excellence, financial performance, and scalable growth. The position serves as a key executive leader, overseeing service delivery, client engagement, financial performance, talent development, and continuous improvement across the region. • Work with the COO - Global Operations (Professional Service & Software) to establish a clear vision, strategy, and professional services delivery model for the Americas region., • Ensure professional services are aligned with client business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices across the Americas., • Lead the implementation of standardized, scalable, and efficient professional services processes to ensure consistent execution and operational excellence across regions., • Identify and mentor executive sponsors for key client engagements to establish and maintain long-term strategic client partnerships within the Americas., • Provide leadership or direct oversight of contract negotiations, depending on contract size and complexity, ensuring commercial, operational, and risk considerations are appropriately managed., • Act as the senior escalation point for major client issues within the Americas region, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with global operations leadership., • Align with COO - Global Operations (Professional Service & Software) strategies and implement regional pricing strategies, cost controls, and resource utilization models., • Oversee forecasting, revenue recognition, and financial risk management for the Americas professional services portfolio., • Drive disciplined execution to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets while managing financial exposure and delivery risk., • Build and lead a high-performing professional services organization across the Americas, including hiring, developing, and retaining top-tier talent., • Establish succession planning for key leadership and critical roles to ensure long-term organizational continuity and resilience., • Manage performance effectively through clear expectations, accountability, coaching, and development planning, • Support the Head of Global Operations in defining regional market positioning and shaping the professional services roadmap for the Americas., • Identify and pursue opportunities for service expansion, innovation, and strategic partnerships to enhance the value proposition in the Americas region. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field required., • Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) is strongly preferred., • More than five years of progressive leadership experience in Professional Services or regulated consulting environments., • Proven experience leading global service organizations with P&L responsibility., • Experience operating in regulated industries and managing complex, multi-region programs., • Demonstrated success building high-performing leadership teams and succession pipelines., • Must be authorized to work in the U.S., • No C2C at this time.
