Were looking for a Manager/Supervisor of Software Development to join our Dallas-based team. In this role, youll lead a team of talented engineers and drive the development of scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions that support our growing business. What Youll Do • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, • Set performance goals and provide regular coaching and feedback, • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams in the business to deliver features on time, • Promote engineering best practices in code quality, architecture, testing, and deployment, • Contribute to architecture and design decisions to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions, • Hire, onboard, and retain top-tier engineering talent, • Identify opportunities for process improvement and team productivity, • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, • Manage project timelines, risks, and team capacity in alignment with business goals What Youll Bring Required: • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, • 2+ years leading software development teams, • Strong track record of delivering projects in Agile/Scrum environments, • Solid technical background and ability to contribute to design discussions, • Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or SQL, • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), • Knowledge of microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools, • Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or high-growth environments, • Understanding of software security, performance, and scalability, • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
