Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field., 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Superintendent, Data Center Superintendent, or a similar role in a mission-critical environment., 3. Extensive knowledge of data center construction, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems., 4. Proven experience managing ground-up construction projects, preferably in the data center industry., 5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage a diverse team., 6. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to resolve complex on-site issues., 7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to a variety of stakeholders., 8. Proficient in the use of project management software and tools., 9. Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices., 10. Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
