Job Description Position Summary The Compliance Administrator is responsible for overseeing and administering labor compliance requirements in accordance with contract obligations, regulatory standards, and company policies. Reporting directly to the President, this role serves as a key liaison across Accounting, Operations, Human Resources, and Project Management to ensure consistent and accurate implementation of labor compliance programs. The Compliance Administrator plays a critical role in safeguarding the company’s compliance posture while supporting executive leadership through documentation, reporting, audits, and process improvement initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with internal departments to identify, interpret, and implement contract-specific labor compliance requirements., • Coordinate labor compliance efforts across Accounting, Operations, Human Resources, and Project Management teams., • Track compliance milestones, deadlines, and deliverables assigned to each department., • Participate in post-award and pre-construction meetings to ensure full awareness of applicable labor programs and requirements., • Conduct internal audits of documentation and procedures to verify compliance., • Review and monitor project labor compliance activities to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, workforce development policies, and contractual obligations., • Administer and monitor labor compliance programs, including:, • Federal, state, and local prevailing wage requirements, • Certified payroll reporting, • Skilled and Trained Workforce compliance, • Local hiring and workforce participation programs, • Organize and facilitate weekly compliance meetings to monitor workforce participation ratios required by City, County, District, Neighborhood, State, and Federal agencies., • Prepare compliance documentation, reports, and audit materials., • Provide administrative support related to labor compliance initiatives and executive reporting., • Assist with continuous improvement of labor compliance processes and procedures.
