Through personalized, professional service, we build lasting relationships and consistently deliver outstanding results Job Summary- Account Manager The Account Manager will prospect new clients for national business opportunities while maintaining a business relationship with existing clients to encourage repeat business. They will be responsible for providing estimated budgets that support the client’s vision while maintaining a profitability threshold of 45% for each event, while working to reach the annual revenue performance goals established by INSPIRE. The salary range for this role is 60,000-65,000. Summary of essential job functions- Account Manager • Contact national sales lead sources, to include, but not limited to:, • Convention and Visitors Bureau’s calendar, • Internet searches, • Invoicing, • Monitor in-market client lists to ensure information is kept up to date, • Operate seamlessly with both Sales and Operations, • Demonstrate evidence of organization and accountability in the position, • Uphold excellent customer service skills under pressure, • Articulate in communicating ideas, concepts, and directions clearly and concisely, • Maintain grooming to company standards and the standards of our clients, • Maintain excellence in customer service, organization, and problem-solving, • Establish credit accounts for events invoicing over $10,000, • Work with Accounts Receivable on invoicing, • Create Credit Memos when appropriate, • Complete a Job Cost on all events invoicing over $5,000 pre-tax, • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned Benefits INSPIRE Solutions is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to support the health, well-being, and financial security of our team members.
