We’re looking for a skilled Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join our team in Louisville, KY. What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both payables and receivables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions: * Process vendor invoices and payments, ensuring proper coding and approvals. * Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. * Post customer payments and manage aging reports. * Communicate with vendors and customers regarding payment issues. * Assist with month-end close and financial reporting. * Maintain accurate records in CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds systems. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking candidates who: * Have 2+ years of experience in accounts payable/receivable within an automotive dealership setting. * Are proficient in CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds software. * Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders. * Are comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
