Learn more about us at: Position Overview We are looking for a Part-Time Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and customer outreach efforts while helping maintain a professional front office environment. This role focuses on customer retention, marketing outreach, and CRM organization, while also assisting with incoming calls and occasional front desk coordination. This is a great opportunity for a college student or early-career professional who wants real experience in marketing, sales support, and business operations. Core ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Customer Outreach (Primary Focus) • Maintain consistent marketing touchpoints with existing customers, • Assist with email newsletters and outbound outreach campaigns, • Research prospective clients and build organized prospect lists, • Update and maintain CRM systems accurately, • Support social media coordination and brand visibility, • Send sample kits to current and prospective customers, • Follow up after orders to gather feedback and identify opportunities, • Track and report weekly marketing and outreach activity, • Assist with trade show preparation and follow-up This portion of the role directly supports pipeline growth, customer retention, and brand visibility. Office & Communication Support • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally, • Welcome clients and visitors when they arrive, • Help maintain a clean and organized front office, • Coordinate incoming mail and deliveries, • Is highly comfortable with computers and learning new software quickly, • Types efficiently and navigates systems with confidence, • Has strong written communication skills, especially email, • Speaks clearly and professionally on the phone, • Has a positive, upbeat personality, • Is organized and detail-oriented, • Can manage multiple responsibilities without becoming overwhelmed, • Takes initiative rather than waiting for constant direction, • Presents professionally in person Preferred but not required: • Experience with CRM systems, • Experience managing social media accounts, • Business or marketing coursework, • Consistent outreach to current and prospective customers, • Clean and accurate CRM data, • Marketing initiatives moving forward weekly, • Professional handling of incoming calls and visitors, • Increased engagement from existing accounts As the company grows, there is opportunity to expand into: • Full-Time Marketing Coordinator, • Lead Generation Specialist, • Sales Support or Account Management, • Operations Support We promote based on ownership, performance, and initiative.
