Job Description Job Summary:The Sr. On-Site Service Specialist is responsible for handling daily mail operations, document services, and customer support within a mail center environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage high-volume operational tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distribution, and postage., • Perform mail runs and handle customer service inquiries., • Operate high-volume copying, printing, and document imaging equipment., • Manage shipping and receiving of materials and supplies., • Perform binding, finishing, and quality checks of documents., • Maintain logs, reports, and inventory records., • Ensure proper functioning of copiers and resolve minor equipment issues., • Deliver completed jobs across departments and buildings., • Support meeting room setups and light facility maintenance tasks., • Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)., • Strong attention to detail and accuracy., • Good organizational and prioritization abilities., • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email systems)., • Ability to operate office equipment (copiers, scanners, postage machines)., • Basic math and filing skills., • Ability to work effectively in a team environment., • Physically capable of lifting up to 50–55 lbs and performing active work. Technical Skills:, • Experience with document imaging systems and office equipment., • Familiarity with mail handling and postage systems. Preferred Qualifications:, • Prior experience in mailroom, copy/print, or office services environment., • Customer-facing experience., • Valid driver’s license (as per company policy). Working Conditions:, • Office/mailroom environment with moderate noise levels., • Requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting., • May involve pushing/pulling equipment up to 700 lbs (on wheels)., • Walking between buildings may be required.
