Job Description The Good Shepherd Services Impact and Evaluation Department’s mission is to support programs in managing their contracts and learning from data to strengthen the services and impact. I&E oversees agency-wide efforts in performance management, promoting implementation of evidence-based practices, and supporting evidence-generating activities. Within I&E, the Youth and Family Well Being team supports the programs in Good Shepherd Services’ (GSS) Child Welfare, including Enhanced Family Foster Care (EFFC). As a Program Analyst, you would be driving this mission by working with GSS’ EFFC Program including closely partnering with program leadership and staff on improvement efforts, making data accessible and relevant to day-to-day practice, inspiring the use of data by, customizing Tableau and other data collection systems, creating reports, and providing technical assistance. A BCBA is a patient-centered professional with experience promoting patient achievement of greater independence in-home, at school, and within the community. Effectively aligns goal development and implementation strategies to promote company objectives and ensure exceptional progress related to established care plans.
