Job Description ARB, Inc. is seeking a senior Project Cost Controls Analyst to analyze and report project cost data, prepare cost estimates and develop cost control procedures. The ideal candidate will have a good background in cost engineering, project management, and be proficient in various cost estimating software. They will be directly responsible for analyzing and reporting project cost data, preparing cost estimates, and developing cost control procedures.
