This is an exciting opportunity to welcome a Registered Client Associate to the team that will play a crucial role in making sure clients receive seamless, proactive, and thoughtful service. The attributes that we are looking for in a teammate include: • Unwavering attention to detail and accuracy, • Dedication to putting the client's needs first, • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Ability to anticipate needs and think strategically, • Natural problem-solving instincts with proposed solutions in hand, • Passion for caring for and serving others, • Self-motivated, organized, and deadline-oriented, • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, • Professional integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters, • Willingness to pitch in wherever needed — big or small, • Monitor and update pending business documentation; maintain weekly summary of outstanding items including asset transfers, client contributions/distributions, and other in-progress activities for advisor review, • Maintain organized, up-to-date digital files in compliance with firm and regulatory standards, • Assist in onboarding new clients, including paperwork and integration into firm systems, • Coordinate and manage the advisor's calendar, commitments, and client meetings, • Respond to client questions regarding accounts, transfers, withdrawals, planning topics, and investments, • Support preparation for client meetings with financial planning reports, portfolio analytics, etc., • Use CRM platforms (RedTail experience a plus) to manage communication, tasks, scheduling, and marketing efforts, • File client statements, correspondence, and agreements completely within five business days, • Conduct investment research using tools such as Morningstar®, YCharts, or Commonwealth and/or LPL Financial systems as directed by the advisor, • Maintain mutual fund, and exchange traded fund recommended lists, • Update values into appropriate planning software – Right Capital, • Conduct monthly/quarterly/ad hoc client reporting, • Create personal financial statements, • Track all pending business paperwork, update pending business summary sheet for advisor's attention, • File Client documents in a timely manner, • Create and distribute general and customized communications to clients, • Assist in client events, mailings, newsletters, and firm marketing efforts, • A bachelor's degree is required (preferably in Finance, Business, or a related field), • Minimum SIE, prefer FINRA Series 65, • 3+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in a client-facing or client service role, • Familiarity with broker-dealer operations, forms, and platforms (NFS-Wealthscape, LPL Financial, Commonwealth Financial Network® a plus), • Strong calendar management and organizational skills, • Experience with CRM systems such as RedTail, • Proficiency with computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) Right Capital Financial Planning Software, YCharts, MorningStar Advisor WorkstationSM, YCharts, Argus, Value Line, AdvisorStream, Calendly, Doodle, Zoom, • Working knowledge of financial products including mutual funds, stocks, bonds, insurance, and annuities, • Exposure to estate planning concepts and charitable giving strategies We are invested in your long-term development.
