You’ll own the front end of the repair journey—assessing damage, building accurate estimates, setting timelines, and championing the customer while negotiating fair outcomes with insurers. We offer: • Paid Holidays, Floating Holidays & PTO — real time to recharge, • Top-Tier Health Benefits — medical, dental, vision, • 401(k) Match — invest in your future, • Paid Training & Certifications — I-CAR/CCC, continuous development, • Inspect & scope: Examine all damaged areas; determine repair, replace, or refinish., • Build the plan: Estimate labor/parts, document procedures, and set realistic timelines., • Own the paperwork: Prepare insurer documentation and repair cost estimates., • Be the translator: Explain damage, costs, and next steps to customers in plain language., • Kick off repairs: Draft work orders and enter repairs in CollisionRight’s system (CCC)., • 1–3 years in collision repair/estimating with solid knowledge of processes, techniques, and materials., • Strong understanding of vehicle structure and R&R (doors, glass, fenders, etc.)., • Negotiation savvy with insurers and a customer-first mindset., • Sharp attention to detail; follow-through on written and verbal instructions., • Safety-first approach and consistent PPE use., • Physically able to lift up to 35 lbs routinely and occasionally 70+ lbs; comfortable with climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing as needed., • Hand/arm dexterity to reach, handle, and feel components during inspections.
