Job Description The Customer Service Representative is responsible for addressing client and/or provider inquiries via email, fax, telephonic, or written correspondence ensuring adherence to contractual and state guidelines as well as client instructions. At CESO, an Electrical Project Engineer II shows technical proficiency performing standard engineering design techniques for small, intermediate, or large projects and completes all necessary tasks on assigned projects so projects finish on time, within budget and consistent with industry production and care standards.
