Job Type: Full-Time Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid) or US Remote Reports to: VP of Marketing The ideal candidate: The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on content leader who knows how to turn strong storytelling into measurable growth. You’re equally comfortable crafting a point of view for our brand as you are building lead-driving assets that Sales can use immediately. You thrive in a collaborative environment, bring a clear writing and editorial standard, and can manage multiple workstreams while coaching others to do their best work. This role works closely with our Senior Growth Marketing Manager. In this role you will: • Own Facilisgroup’s content strategy across lead generation and brand awareness, aligning to key funnel stages and quarterly priorities., • Build and manage an editorial calendar and content production plan across articles, landing pages, emails, case studies, sales enablement assets, and social., • Create and optimize conversion-focused assets and lead magnets, including guides, ebooks, webinars, checklists, case studies, email nurture sequences, landing pages, and website copy designed to drive MQLs/SQLs., • Partner closely with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager to support integrated campaigns, including organic and paid social, digital advertising, CTAs, and landing page performance., • Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate product value into clear, prospect-facing content without losing brand voice., • Work with Sales to develop content that helps teams prospect, follow up, and move deals forward (one-pagers, talk tracks, decks, etc.)., • Collaborate with Partner Success to elevate partner stories, testimonials, and outcomes into compelling content that strengthens credibility and supports the full customer lifecycle., • Leverage SEO best practices including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content refreshes to increase visibility and qualified traffic., • Use HubSpot to support content performance reporting, nurture workflows, and campaign execution; maintain clean processes for assets and tracking., • Maintain voice, tone, and editorial quality across all externally facing content while keeping content accurate and on-brand. As Senior Content Manager, you bring with you: • 6+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, with a track record of creating content that supports both brand awareness and pipeline growth., • Experience creating content for multiple channels: web, email, social, lead-gen landing pages, long-form assets, and sales enablement., • Strong understanding of B2B funnels and how to map content to TOFU/MOFU/BOFU outcomes., • Proficiency in SEO fundamentals (keyword research, content optimization, internal linking, and performance analysis)., • Experience partnering with Demand Gen/Lead Gen teams to produce conversion-focused content and campaign support., • Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio that demonstrates clarity, persuasion, and storytelling., • Comfortable balancing creative thinking with operational rigor: deadlines, version control, stakeholder management, and approvals., • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)., • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment., • Exceptional communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams., • Ability to think strategically, execute quickly, and iterate based on data and results., • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology environments strongly preferred., • Experience shooting and editing video content for B2B audiences (customer stories, product moments, event recaps, and campaign assets) strongly desired., • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred.
