Job DescriptionSalary: Project Manager, Events ABOUT LUCID DREAM Lucid Dream is a custom game and interactive experience studio. We help leaders in medical, scientific, and technical industries use emerging technology to transform the way they engage, train, and explain complex science to providers and patients. Inspired by games, we create immersive and interactive experiences for VR/AR, mobile, desktop, and webtransforming education and engagement through purposeful play. Located in the heart of downtown Durham, NC, our office at the historic American Tobacco Campus is a short walk from world-class dining and entertainment venues including the Durham Bulls Athletic Park and the Durham Performing Arts Center (DPAC). ABOUT THE ROLE Lucid Dream is seeking a project manager to support the planning and coordination of immersive VR activations at conferences, trainings, sales meetings, and client events across the U.S. This role focuses on event logistics, client communication, and readiness coordination, ensuring every event is thoughtfully planned and supported from kickoff through completion. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to keep timelines, details, and communication organized so our immersive experiences can be delivered smoothly and professionally. This is a highly collaborative, customer-focused role ideal for someone who loves organizing complex logistics, supporting clients, and helping teams stay aligned in fast-paced event environments. Please note:This is a hybrid position based in Durham, NC, with three days in office and two days remote during non-travel periods. Travel is required up to 30-40% during peak seasons in spring and fall.
