We’re looking for reliable, energetic Laundry Services Delivery Driver to deliver fresh, professionally cleaned laundry to our awesome clients. What You’ll Do: • Safely operate a company vehicle to transport clean and soiled laundry between the facility and customer locations., • Load and unload laundry carts, bags, and containers using proper lifting techniques and equipment., • Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and accurate service., • Verify delivery contents against invoices or packing lists to ensure accuracy., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle, reporting any maintenance needs promptly., • Communicate professionally with customers to confirm deliveries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service., • Collect soiled linens and garments from customer sites and return them to the laundry facility for processing., • Ensure all items are handled according to company standards for hygiene, safety, and quality., • Complete required paperwork, logs, and digital records for deliveries, pickups, and mileage., • Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle., • Assist with basic warehouse or facility tasks when not on delivery routes, such as sorting or staging laundry., • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record., • Previous experience in delivery driving, courier services, or transportation., • Understanding of proper handling procedures for clean and soiled laundry, including infection control protocols., • Ability to follow delivery schedules, meet deadlines, and manage routes efficiently., • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries and pickups efficiently., • Knowledge of safe driving practices and basic vehicle maintenance., • Familiarity with local delivery routes, traffic patterns, and GPS navigation systems., • Basic knowledge of inventory tracking and delivery documentation., • Basic math skills for verifying counts, completing logs, and handling delivery paperwork., • You’ll be a part of a mission-driven team that values your hard work and helps you grow., • Access to an Employee Wellness Coordinator and robust wellness program that support your health and work-life balance., • Employer Sponsored Benefits Includes:, • Insurance - Medical, Dental, Vision, • Telemedicine, • Retirement Plan & Match Options, • Short Term Disability, • Life Insurance, • Frequently stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the workday, including entering and exiting delivery vehicles multiple times per route., • Frequently requires lifting, pushing, and pulling laundry carts, bags, and containers weighing up to 50 pounds, often without mechanical assistance., • Repetitive physical movements such as reaching overhead, crouching, and twisting are common during loading and unloading tasks., • Visual acuity is required to read delivery manifests, route instructions, and customer signage, as well as to inspect laundry items for damage or contamination., • Auditory ability is necessary to hear traffic signals, verbal instructions, and safety alerts while driving or working in busy environments., • Physical stamina is needed to maintain consistent performance during long shifts, which may include extended periods of driving and manual labor., • The position may require climbing stairs or ramps at customer locations, especially in facilities without loading docks or elevators., • Work is performed in a variety of settings, including laundry facilities, delivery vehicles, and customer sites such as hospitals, hotels, or industrial buildings., • Drivers are exposed to outdoor weather conditions year-round, including rain, snow, heat, and cold, while loading and unloading deliveries., • Indoor environments may include hot, humid laundry processing areas or cold storage zones depending on the facility layout., • The role involves exposure to soiled linens, cleaning chemicals, and potentially biohazardous materials, particularly in healthcare or industrial settings., • Noise levels may be moderate to high due to machinery, vehicle traffic, and facility operations; hearing protection may be required in certain areas., • PPE such as gloves, masks, safety shoes, and uniforms may be required to meet hygiene and safety standards., • Drivers may encounter wet or slippery surfaces, uneven flooring, or confined spaces during pickups and deliveries, requiring caution and proper footwear.
