Kelly Government Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a Department of Defense contract customer in East Hartford, CT. This is a long-term contract opportunity offering stability, competitive pay, and the chance to support senior leadership within a secure, high-impact environment. \n \nDetails: \n \n$33.65/hour \nLocation: East Hartford, CT \nContract Length: Long-term \nClearance Required: Active SECRET clearance \n \n \nKey Responsibilities \n \nAdministrative Support\n\n\t • Perform a wide range of administrative and clerical duties with exceptional attention to detail\n\t, • Manage executive calendars, ensuring meetings are scheduled with clear agendas and proper logistics\n\t, • Screen and respond to incoming inquiries, coordinate scheduling requests, and handle communications with discretion and confidentiality\n\t, • Prepare, reconcile, and process invoices, travel arrangements, and expense reports in a timely manner\n\t, • Format and prepare presentations, reports, and documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\n\t, • Support special projects, ad hoc assignments, and employee onboarding activities as needed\n\t, • Develop and maintain Standard Work documentation where applicable\n\nOffice Management & Coordination\n\n\n\t, • Oversee seating assignments, office moves, and facility renovation activities\n\t, • Maintain office distribution lists and coordinate internal announcements\n\t, • Manage conference room scheduling and logistics\n\t, • Coordinate Eurest services, catering, kitchen supplies, and employee engagement activities\n\t, • Arrange on-site and off-site meetings, events, and catering\n\t, • Coordinate cleaning services, plant maintenance requests, and vendor relationships\n\t, • Monitor printer functionality and manage supplies\n\t, • Serve as a liaison with IT and Secure Computing Digital teams to coordinate and prioritize requests\n\t, • Provide general administrative assistance and team support as needed\n\nQualifications & Experience\n\n\n\t, • Associate degree (AA/AS), technical or business school certificate/diploma, or other relevant post–high school training\n\t, • 5+ years of administrative support experience, including support for senior-level executives\n\t, • 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\n\t, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n\t, • Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail\n\t, • Proven ability to work effectively across all levels of a large, complex organization\n\t, • Medical, dental, and vision insurance\n\t, • Telemedicine\n\t, • Term life, whole life, accident, and critical illness insurance\n\t, • Legal plan and short-term disability\n\t, • Retirement savings plan\n\t, • Holiday pay (earn up to eight paid holidays per benefit year)\n\t, • Transit spending account\n\t Why Kelly® Government Solutions?
