Job DescriptionDescription: Position Overview Edovate Learning Corporation seeks a dynamic Marketing Project Coordinator to bolster our marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Communications, you'll play a critical role in coordinating marketing initiatives, championing event execution, and optimizing our project workflows in ClickUp. Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ClickUp, general marketing coordination, and event management. This position is remote, but we require candidates to reside in or near Philadelphia, PA, for regional alignment and potential in-person engagements. Key Responsibilities Project Management (ClickUp) • Lead the planning, task assignment, timeline tracking, and progress documentation of marketing initiatives within ClickUp., • Design, maintain, and continually refine ClickUp workflows, templates, and dashboards to enhance clarity and efficiency across the team., • Aid the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels., • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to uphold brand standards and strategic alignment., • Manage the organization, proofing, and coordination of marketing collateral and creative assets., • Plan and execute both virtual and in-person events—webinars, trade shows, community programs, and more., • Oversee event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue selection, registration, and promotional item preparation., • 2–3 years of professional experience in ClickUp, marketing coordination, and event management (each)., • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field is preferred., • Proficiency in ClickUp project management software and other marketing tools (e.g., Canva, HubSpot, or similar)., • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills, with an aptitude for juggling multiple projects., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
