Job DescriptionJob Summary The Social Copywriter is responsible for concepting and writing original, platform-native content for global creative initiatives, including product launches, product repromotions, brand initiatives, and more. As part of the Global Copywriting team, this role partners closely with Social Art Directors, Video Art Directors, and Marketing partners to elevate social strategy and execution through strong concepts, compelling storytelling, and best-in-class copywriting. This position focuses exclusively on social ideation and writing, not content creation or production. The Social Copywriter brings a strong understanding of social culture and trends to develop globally relevant messaging. Working within a fast-paced creative environment, this role supports global brand-building objectives through thoughtful, high-impact social work. Contract: 18 months Pay: $25-$28/hr Location: Onsite 4 days/week; Remote Friday Responsibilities • Develop original, social-first ideas and write copy for global organic and paid social media, including content designed for use by the sales force., • Partner closely with Social Art Directors and Video Art Directors to concept and execute culturally relevant, platform-appropriate social content aligned with global strategy., • Translate global brand strategy, campaign objectives, and product stories into clear, compelling social narratives and executions., • Write a wide range of social deliverables, including captions, headlines, hooks, CTAs, overlays, scripts, and short-form storytelling., • Contribute to global social campaign ideation, social content strategy, and ongoing channel evolution., • Ensure all copy aligns with global brand voice and messaging frameworks., • Collaborate with cross-functional global partners (marketing, social strategy, opportunity and sales, legal, and regional stakeholders) to meet business goals and timelines., • Present ideas and copy rationales to internal stakeholders and leadership as needed., • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-moving, global environment., • Receive, evaluate, and integrate feedback from multiple stakeholders while maintaining flexibility and creative integrity. Qualifications • Strong command of English grammar and social-first writing, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across products, initiatives, platforms, and audiences., • Demonstrated understanding of global social platforms, trends, formats, and best practices., • Ability to determine the most effective language to drive engagement and action across social channels and markets., • Conceptual thinker with the ability to ideate in close partnership with visual creatives., • Comfortable working within global brand systems and guidelines while pushing creative ideas forward., • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and priorities., • Collaborative mindset with strong communication and presentation skills. Experience & Education • Experience: 2+ years of copywriting experience with a strong emphasis on social media ideation and writing.
