Core Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for a variety of support tasks, including but not limited to: • Ticket Response & Resolution, • Monitor and respond to incoming help desk tickets in a timely manner., • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity., • Time Tracking & SLA Compliance, • Accurately log time spent on each support task or ticket., • Ensure all work is completed within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards., • Equipment Provisioning, • Prepare and configure new devices for deployment, including operating system installation, user profile setup, and required software installation., • Software Installation & Configuration, • Install and configure standard business applications, • Assist users with application setup and basic usage questions, • Troubleshooting & Investigation, • Perform initial diagnostics on reported issues to identify root causes.
