Key Responsibilities * Serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors — managing calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism. * Maintain attendance records, student files, and parent communications using the school’s information system. * Manage daily office operations — mail, supplies, forms, and scheduling. * Assist with school event coordination, including communication and setup for assemblies, parent meetings, and celebrations. * Support student enrollment and registration by collecting and organizing required documentation. * Help with meal program logistics (breakfast, lunch, and snacks). * Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently. * Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by school leadership. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience in an office, administrative, or school secretary role Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry systems) Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Positive attitude with a professional and welcoming demeanor Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality Must pass a criminal background check and TB screening Why Join Focused Staffing Group?
