About Navierre Navierre is an early-stage InsurTech and HealthTech company building the data infrastructure to enable smarter decisions in life insurance and healthcare. Our platforms, including Orion and Eterna — enable insurers, reinsurers, and healthcare enterprises to securely access, process, and act on clinical, and claims data at scale. We sit at the intersection of two historically data-rich but analytically underserved industries, and we're building the systems to change that. Our work spans real-time data pipelines, interoperability standards, and AI-driven analytics — all in regulated environments where reliability and compliance are not optional. We're a lean, senior team moving fast, and we're looking for leaders who want to help shape what we build next. Role Summary We are looking for a VP of Engineering who can own the full engineering stack - software, infrastructure, security, compliance, and delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has already operated in environments where: • Systems must be highly reliable and secure, • Compliance (HIPAA / SOC 2) is non-negotiable, • Infrastructure and software are tightly coupled, • AI/ML systems are moving from prototype to production, • Execution speed directly impacts business outcomes You will lead a distributed engineering organization and help bring structure, clarity, and technical direction across teams spanning software engineering, DevOps, data, and AI. ⚠️ Please follow the application instructions below for your application to be considered.
