Your treatment shop. • Fastest growing chain of aesthetic treatment centers in The United States!, • 18 locations and growing, • 7 different types of treatments in 1 shop Location: 1301 Dove St., Suite 670, Newport Beach, CA 92660 Schedule: 2-3 shifts a week, minimum 4 weekend days a month Compensation: $90+/hourly (base on experience and role) with Incentive and Commission What You Will Do: • Clinical Director (60% of Time):, • Provide clinical leadership to ensure that OrangeTwist treatments are performed safely, ethically, and in compliance with all medical practices, • Coaching, training, and mentoring providers and clinical staff. Providing clinical guidance and answering medical questions as they arise, • Supporting the development of treatment protocols when needed, • Ensuring the adherence to all Orangetwist protocols and policies by clinical staff, • Ensuring patient safety and satisfaction through clinical training and mentoring, • Supporting adverse event management (including client communication, determining clinical response to adverse events, etc.), • Supporting efforts regarding regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, state medical board), • Ensuring consistency and quality of treatment outcomes across OrangeTwist, • Facilitating live clinical training and education, • Teaching injection techniques (e.g., neuromodulators, dermal fillers), • Training on all Orangetwist treatment modalities., • Training on safety protocols, anatomy, and complication management, • Providing hands-on training during workshops or private sessions, • Provider - Treatments (40% of Time):, • Conducting consultations and developing treatment plans, • Performing GFE's when needed, • Administering injectables (Botox, dermal fillers), lasers, microneedling, etc., • Documenting treatments and patient progress, • Educating patients on pre- and post-care, • Managing any side effects or complications, • Valid State license to practice as a Physician Assistant, • OR -, • Valid State license to practice as a Registered Nurse & Nurse Practitioner, • Advanced experience in administering neuromodulators, dermal fillers, lasers, and other aesthetic procedures (10+ years experience preferred), • 2+ years in a clinical leadership and/or training role, ideally in a multi-location practice setting, • Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, state medical boards) and incident management, • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred, • Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities, especially during adverse event responses., • High emotional intelligence for coaching team members and engaging with clients, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain composed under pressure Perks, • Forward-thinking, transparent, and inclusive company culture, • Competitive salary, incentive plan, generous paid time off, sick time, and paid holidays, • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental & vision insurance, • 401k employee contributions, FSA, HSA, and dependent care options, • Continuing education with our own University, • Employee referral bonus program, employee resource groups, and professional development
