Job DescriptionDescription: Social Media & Brand Growth Coordinator The Social Media & Brand Growth Coordinator supports the digital presence, brand evolution, and growth initiatives of our clinical research site network. This role is ideal for a creative, analytically minded marketer who brings a strong design eye, understands how social media algorithms drive visibility, and is eager to build expertise in healthcare and clinical research. This position blends hands-on content creation, brand stewardship, performance optimization, and community outreach. The Social Media & Brand Growth Coordinator works cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, and Site Operations to elevate brand presence, expand patient and provider awareness, and support site-level growth initiatives in a regulated environment. This role is well-suited for an early-career professional who is committed to building a long-term career in healthcare and clinical research. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Brand Growth Execution • Support the development and execution of social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and others., • Own the visual quality, consistency, and professionalism of social media content, ensuring alignment with brand and regulatory standards., • Create, schedule, and publish compliant content (graphics, written posts, and short-form video) optimized for platform-specific algorithms and audience behavior within applicable regulatory guidelines., • Monitor and analyze performance metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, click-through activity, and campaign-level performance., • Support the execution, tracking, and documentation of paid social and digital campaigns funded by both internal brand-awareness budgets and sponsor-funded/TOMA budgets., • Assist with campaign pacing, targeting support, and performance monitoring to ensure efficient use of marketing spend., • Maintain editorial calendars and coordinate content timelines with internal stakeholders and external partners., • Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and advertising best practices, applying learnings to both organic and paid initiatives., • Assist with the promotion of outreach events through social media and digital channels to extend reach beyond in-person audiences., • Support content development for provider-facing outreach communications and materials for referring physicians and healthcare partners., • Track and monitor internally funded brand-awareness and network-growth budgets, as well as sponsor-funded and TOMA budgets related to social media, digital advertising, outreach, and engagement initiatives., • Maintain accurate records of spend, invoices, and supporting documentation across all funding sources., • Support budget pacing, reconciliation, and variance tracking in collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and Operations., • Assist with reporting on marketing spend and campaign performance for internal leadership and external sponsor stakeholders., • Collaborate with Marketing, Recruitment, Operations, and Leadership teams to align activities with organizational priorities., • Support event promotion, internal communications, and marketing collateral development. Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Strong visual judgment and attention to design detail; ability to evaluate what “looks right” for a professional healthcare brand., • Understanding of how social media algorithms, content formats, and posting strategies impact reach and engagement., • Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment., • Comfort working with social media analytics, campaign performance metrics, and marketing spend tracking., • Collaborative communicator with the ability to build productive internal and external relationships., • Ability to interpret organic and paid performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations., • Experience using social media management, content creation, and analytics tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, native platform tools, or similar)., • 1–3 years of professional experience in social media, marketing coordination, communications, or a related field (internships and applied project work may be considered)., • Demonstrated experience supporting or managing social media accounts for an organization or brand (portfolio or work samples preferred)., • Portfolio, content samples, or examples of social media work strongly preferred, including visual design examples and/or performance results., • Experience with content calendars, stakeholder coordination, and basic analytics platforms., • Genuine, career-oriented interest in healthcare and clinical research is required and essential to success in this role., • Willingness to participate in community and provider-facing events as needed.
