Job Description The Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for leading the company's digital acquisition and performance marketing strategy across paid media, analytics, and optimization channels. This role owns the planning, execution, optimization, budgeting, and performance reporting for all paid digital marketing programs and serves as the primary strategic advisor to executive leadership on digital growth, customer acquisition, and return on investment. This position requires a highly analytical, data-driven marketing leader with deep experience in paid social and search advertising, budget management, attribution, and performance reporting within a regulated or highly measurable business environment. The Director will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Analytics, Compliance, and Technology teams to drive predictable lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Digital & Paid Media Strategy • Develop and own the enterprise-level digital acquisition strategy across paid social, paid search, display, video, programmatic, and emerging performance channels., • Design full-funnel digital marketing programs aligned to business growth objectives, customer segments, and product offerings., • Lead channel strategy across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant networks., • Own annual and quarterly paid media budgets, forecasting models, and spend pacing plans., • Allocate and reallocate budgets dynamically based on performance, ROI, seasonality, and pipeline needs., • Establish cost efficiency targets including CPL, CPA, CAC, and ROI benchmarks across channels., • Lead continuous optimization of campaigns, audiences, bidding strategies, creative testing, and landing page performance., • Establish structured A/B and multivariate testing frameworks across creative, targeting, offers, and funnel design., • Drive improvements in conversion rates, lead quality, funded volume, and lifetime value through data-driven experimentation., • Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting frameworks covering spend, pipeline contribution, revenue impact, and ROI., • Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting for leadership, highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations., • Translate complex marketing performance data into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders., • Own digital attribution strategy including first-touch, last-touch, and multi-touch models., • Partner with analytics, CRM, engineering, and marketing automation teams to ensure accurate tracking from click to conversion to closed revenue., • Oversee implementation and governance of tracking tools including Google Analytics, tag management, CRM integrations, and marketing automation platforms., • Ensure all digital marketing programs comply with financial services regulations, platform policies, and internal compliance standards (CFPB, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, privacy laws)., • Partner closely with Compliance and Legal teams on campaign approvals, disclosures, consent management, and data usage., • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of digital marketers, analysts, and agency partners., • Define team structure, roles, performance goals, and career development paths., • Manage external agencies and vendors, setting performance expectations and accountability standards., • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles., • 5+ years leading paid media strategy and budget ownership across multiple channels and platforms., • Proven experience managing large-scale digital budgets and delivering measurable ROI and revenue impact., • Deep expertise in paid social, paid search, attribution modeling, conversion optimization, and analytics., • Strong experience building executive-level reporting and presenting performance insights to senior leadership., • Experience in mortgage, real estate, financial services, or other regulated B2C industries., • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation tools, and BI platforms., • Familiarity with privacy, consent management, and financial marketing compliance frameworks., • Performance Marketing & Paid Media Strategy, • Budget Management & ROI Optimization, • Data Analytics & Attribution Modeling, • Executive Communication & Storytelling, • Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration, • Compliance & Risk Awareness, • Cost per Lead (CPL) and Cost per Acquisition (CPA), • Lead-to-Application and Application-to-Close Conversion Rates, • Pipeline and Revenue Attribution by Channel, • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV), • Budget Efficiency and Spend Pacing Accuracy First 90 Days • Audit and optimize current paid media programs and reporting frameworks, • Establish baseline performance metrics and budget pacing models, • Drive measurable improvements in acquisition efficiency, conversion rates, and funded revenue, • Build scalable, predictable digital acquisition engines across channels, • Establish best-in-class reporting, attribution, and optimization practices Acrisure Mortgage is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer and maintains a Drug-Free Workplace.
