Job Description ABOUT THE ROLE The Project Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to Project Managers in the execution of commercial sealant, waterproofing, and building restoration projects. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring efficient communication between field teams, vendors, and clients. They demonstrate strong communication skills, effectively coordinating between project managers, field teams, vendors, and clients while maintaining accurate documentation and tracking systems. This individual is proactive, dependable, and committed to supporting safe, efficient project execution while contributing to strong team and client relationships. IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience), • 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination, administrative, or support role (construction industry preferred), • Experience in commercial construction, subcontracting, or specialty trades (sealant, waterproofing, restoration, or façade work) preferred, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), • Familiarity with project management software preferred (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar), • Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and processes, • Knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction documentation workflows This profile summarizes key duties and expectations but does not list every possible job task.
