Position Overview The Director of Data & Analytical Products will serve as the leader responsible for establishing, evolving and enforcing the overall data strategy, governance, architecture, engineering, and analytics across the organization’s IT landscape. This role will drive data innovation, ensuring that data becomes a true asset in enabling digital transformation, enhancing customer experience, improving operational efficiency, and supporting decision-making at all levels. To be successful, the role will need to unify governance, analytics and data engineering under a product mindset, driving outcomes, adoption and measurable impact across the various business functions. In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL Travel Requirements: This position may require travel up to 25% as business needs dictate. People Management Responsibilities: Role will evolve over time as business needs dictate. The role will start as an individual contributor but will have the ability to hire staff as required to deliver expected outcomes. Role Type: Full Time Requirements • Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in data-related roles, including 5+ years in leadership position. Strong preference for a candidate who has established a data management team., • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field., • Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Responsibilities • Develop and execute the enterprise-wide data strategy in alignment with business and IT objectives., • Lead and inspire cross-functional data teams including data engineering, data science, data governance, and analytics., • Championing a data-driven culture and advocating for data as a strategic business enabler., • Lead a data management and governance software selection process., • Establish and oversee data governance frameworks, including policies for data quality, privacy, access, and lifecycle management., • Ensure compliance with data regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry standards., • Define and manage enterprise data architecture, including cloud data platforms, data lakes, data warehouses, and streaming architecture., • Drive modernization initiatives., • Oversee the design and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and integration services across multiple systems (ERP, CRM, cloud, etc.)., • Implement best practices for data ingestion, transformation, and storage., • Partner with business leaders to define KPIs and leverage data to generate actionable insights., • Lead enterprise business intelligence to develop predictive models, dashboards, and self-service analytics capabilities where necessary., • Explore and integrate AI/ML, and other emerging technologies into the organization’s data strategy., • Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision benefits, • Long- and short-term disability, • Life insurance, • 10 Vacation days per year, subject to accrual policy, • 11 Company paid holidays, • 401(k) with Company match, • Identity theft and legal services The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
