Job Description Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mobile Diesel/Forklift Technician to join our team in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our forklift and heavy equipment fleet. If you have a passion for mechanics and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! This is NOT a forklift operator position. This is a Mobile Technician role focused on heavy duty truck and forklift repair and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: * Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of trucks, forklifts and heavy equipment (gas, diesel, and electric). * Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to ensure optimal equipment performance and safety. * Conduct inspections and tests to proactively identify potential issues before they escalate. * Maintain accurate and timely records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance activities. * Respond to service calls for both shop and field repairs. * Collaborate with team members to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. * Stay current with industry trends and advancements in forklift and material handling technology. * Follow all OSHA safety standards and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
