Job DescriptionWe're filling several 2nd & 3rd Shift General Laborer positions for a hot roll manufacturer of Industrial Springs. These Lawrenceville positions pay $22.18 per hour with a large reputable mill. Helpful backgrounds include Warehouse, Manufacturing, Crane Operator, Overhead Crane Operator, Millwright, and Forklift. This is a heavy industrial, steel mill-like environment. Must Train on 1st shift. Bus line not an option for this position, and you have to be able to train on 1st shift (5am - 1pm) for the first 4 - 6 weeks. General Laborer Role: • Perform variety of General Labor functions for the manufacture of Industrial Springs - Operate Machines, Grinders, Cranes, Sanitation, Conveyors, Powder Coating and Palletizing., • Cross train on many aspects of the business., • Maintain strict Safety and Quality standards.General Laborer Requirements:, • Forklift experience, • Overhead Crane experience, • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, • Manufacturing backgroundBenefits & Background for our General Laborer Hires:, • 2nd shift 12p - 8p, 3rd shift 8pm - 4pm, • Background Check & Drug Screen., • HS grad or equivalent., • Walk and stand for entire shift.Commercial Employees is a veteran-led staffing firm with 7 Pittsburgh offices and 2 in Charleston.
