Employees will start at $15 per hour, with opportunities for wage increases based on performance, reliability, and overall job effectiveness. About Clark Quality Care, LLC Clark Quality Care, LLC is a growing residential program serving youth who require structure, support, and guidance in a therapeutic home setting. We are continuously hiring dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals to build a strong team of available staff. Part-time employees may receive full-time hours based on availability and program needs. Position Summary The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for providing daily care, supervision, and support to youth in a residential setting. DSPs assist with medication administration, documentation, life skills development, behavioral management, and community integration while maintaining a safe and structured environment. We are seeking flexible, dependable individuals who demonstrate patience, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively with youth who may have behavioral or emotional challenges. Essential Job Duties • Medication administration (must be able to pass medications in accordance with policy), • Complete daily progress notes and required documentation accurately and on time, • Provide behavioral support and implement behavior management strategies, • Supervise youth to ensure safety at all times, • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), • Meal preparation and kitchen clean-up, • Housekeeping and maintaining a clean, structured home environment, • Laundry assistance, • Transport youth to community outings and recreational activities, • Transport and/or attend doctor and therapy appointments, • Provide supervision during morning bus schedule (Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–9:00 AM), • May be required to handle doctor appointments during this shift, • Maintain professional communication with team members and management, • Support youth in developing independent living and social skills Available Shifts Morning Bus Shift: • Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM Evening Shift: • Monday–Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Overnight Shift: • Friday & Saturday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Weekend Day Shift: • Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Applicants must be flexible and available to work assigned shifts as needed.
